Relationship Counselling
For your relationship.
A safe space to strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and deepen connection. Together, we work to understand relationship patterns, repair conflict, rebuild trust, and develop practical skills for a healthier, more secure relationship.
Ideal for challenges with sticky conflict, feelings of disconnect over time, navigating big life transitions (marriage, kids, retirement etc.), infidelity or betrayal - or those just wanting a tune up.
Approach used is The Gottman Method
Fees:
$270 per hour
Not eligible for rebates
(sessions generally 90mins+ each) -
Sex Therapy
For you and your relationships.
Sex therapy (or psychosexual therapy) is a form of psychological talk-therapy focused on sexuality, intimacy, and relationships. It involves exploring concerns such as desire, arousal, performance, communication, identity, and relationship dynamics to understand underlying factors and develop practical strategies for improving sexual wellbeing and intimacy.
It can treat concerns including sexual pain, libido mismatch, performance anxiety, intimacy conflict, sexual dissatisfaction, problematic porn use, dating concerns, sexual trauma, and erection or orgasm difficulties. Offered individually or as a couple.Fees:
Individual: $220 per 50 min session
Medicare accepted
Couple: $270 per hour

Services we don’t provide

We are not trained or equipped to provide formal diagnostic psychometric assessments such as for ADHD, Autism, memory, cognition, personality or IQ.
We are however experienced in working with neurodiverse individuals and can explore symptoms and work together to build strategies to help reach your goals.

If you are needing psychology treatment as a result of experiencing a crime in NSW, a workplace injury, or if you are a veteran (or family member of a veteran) - you may be entitled to coverage under the government or insurance.
Only counsellors who have been registered under these programs can provide covered treatment.
We are not accredited or registered under any of these programs and can provide private, Medicare or NDIS services only. Some health funds may cover Psychology as part of your Extras - check with your fund. -
We don’t provide treatment mandated by the court, (e.g. under Section 14), or for criminal sexual behaviour.
We also cannot provide reports for court proceedings, forensic assessments or family impact statements.
If you require this type of treatment or report we recommend seeking a forensically trained psychologist or clinical psychologist.
